Bought this for my wife for christmas and she is raving about it!! Stays hot, pours without a mess, and holds more than enough!! Would recommend to anyone over a yeti!

Durable, stylish, and warm!
A french press is my daily coffee maker and I upgraded to this as I was sick of breaking the glass carafes. I love that it is as stylish as it is durable. The color options let me choose one that matches my kitchen for daily use. The plunger and metal filter are of good quality so I haven't had issues with grounds getting through and seem like they will last a long time as one would expect from a Stanley product. I usually only need a 32 oz carafe so I was worried about the extra size but it's nice to have the extra capacity for friends and colleagues. We already had another brand fench press that's large, sturdy, and insulated for camping which goes on rafting trips and to base camp for backcountry ski and moto trips that I thought we would continue to use but this one does a much job of insulating and keeping the contents warm so it now pulls double duty at home and while traveling. I may have to buy a 2nd one that's dedicated only to the house!

Does not keep coffee hot as advertised.
Have this for under a month - coffee is fine - but does not remain hot as advertised. Broken vacuum seal? Not sure how to tell? Never been in dishwasher, used 1/2 dozen times.

Screen not wide enough
While it is 48oz you can’t make 48oz of French press or it’s going to overflow. 42 is the max which is still much more than most French presses. What I don’t like is that the screen is not wide enough to press against the walls and block any grinds from squeeze by past. I am having to strain it as I pour it so I am not chewing on grinds. I don’t see anyone else mentioning this so not sure if I have a miscut screen but no one wants more work for morning coffee.

Love this French press! I've owned several and this is by far my favorite. It is 48 ounces but also perfect for smaller volumes. It is sturdy, easy to wash. Perfect for coffee on the deck to keep it hot.

Before buying
This is a great product but the issue is that the filter pieces break and age too easily. Then it’s nearly impossible to find replacement parts :/

Durable press
This is a durable french press which is also very conveniently dishwasher safe. It is easy ro clean by hand compared to other ones i have used. Although insulated, the coffee doesnt stay hot over an hour, but rather warm
