Excellent quality and perfect size!
North Face makes the best gear and this tent is another great add. Perfect size and height for comfy camping, especially in bad weather.

Mesh entry door a failure of design
Perfect tent but mesh front door does not allow heat capture inside and wind causes horrible wind chill effect. Use only in warm climates!

Yes
The tent itself is great. The issue that we have is finding the footprint. There are none available. We had to use an old tarp. It works but I would like to have the pieces that are supposed to work together.

AWESOME TENT!!!
I am in LOVE with my new tent!!!! I had a Northface VE24 for the last 35 years and finally bought this tent and I am so happy I did! It is really tall inside and much bigger overall. I love all the venting too. I am a loyal and dedicated fan of Northface tents and highly recommend this one!

Great Tent
Great tent. My only negative comment is I wish your could close up the tent from the inside. I love that you can stand in inside and its an easy set up and take down that I'm able to do myself.

Wind and rain? No problem!
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
- Size Bought:
- Back Country
The first trip for me and the Wawona was a week on Iles de la Madeleine, an archipelago in the Gulf of St Lawrence. The tent stayed dry and upright during two nights of crazy wind and heavy rain. A 4 person tent that you can stand upright in is great. I was worried because the fly doesn’t extend to the ground except for the vestibule, but as usual the North Face team knows what it’s doing. Getting the fly on was really hard. That piece could use more ID points, different colors maybe. But once I watched a video, it got easier. Not easy, but better. It’s a wonderful tent, and shout out to Back Country for their great products.
