Why We Like The Weston Rise Splitboard
We love that the Weston Rise Splitboard uses a directional twin shape and camber-dominant profile to help us rip steeps, send cliff drops, and land switch in pow without effort. The slightly setback stance puts us firmly in the driver’s seat when surfing pow and straight-lining choppy conditions, while the forward-set touring bracket enables smooth kickturns on the ascent. Sustainably harvested paulownia and poplar woods comprise the Rise’s core for powerful pop and are backed up by tip-to-tail carbon stringers for elevated response and agility without the added weight.

I am an east coast avid Splitboarder, this board will make you feel so much faster, it is lightweight and easy to maneuver without losing any fun on the downs. It’s super flexy but still stable and holds a great edge. I ride small board to maneuver tight trees. So don’t be alarmed if you see the size to height ratio. I also ride a 146 as a daily driver at the resort. This works with my style of riding.

I love the Weston Rise splitboard! Although I have other splitboards, I find myself reaching for the Rise more often than not because of it ability to shred in all conditions and a variety of terrain. I take this thing in tight trees, big steep bowls, cliff drops and backcountry booters. I know this board is marketed toward women, but as a smaller dude I love having a board that fits my body without sacrificing its ability to charge.
