Not Convenient
Understanding the need for all parts of the cooler to be secure to maintain the cold, the zipper is just too aggressive and difficult to open. Not convenient and a huge deterrent to even use it.

Efficient
I went from a lunchbox size cooler that wouldn't keep anything cold to this one that actually freezes after loading it up with 2 ice packs. Only one is necessary. I love it!
