We constructed our Backcountry Stansbury ALLIED Down Jacket with responsibly sourced materials to turn up the heat when the mercury drops. The recycled material gives waste a new purpose, while the ethical ALLIED down is highly durable, maintaining its loft season after season and extending the life of this puffy. As we wander through winter's icy temps, the elasticated cuffs, cinchable hem, and snug hood stop gusts from blowing in, ensuring we stay cozy until we're back inside.

Perfect for errands
Warm, comfy, perfect around town jacket. Got an xs at 5' 1" 115lb and it is roomy with space for layers if needed. So far even in the 20s I've been warm enough with just a base layer. Goes great with the matching down pants, and skirt.

I bought this on sale and am very happy O did! It’s a warm coat which is needed in the Wisconsin cold. The fit is fabulous and the color is flattering.

I ordered this coat and was super stoked! Upon arrival all checked out and was great. Upon tightening up the hood, the drawstring immediately ripped out of the actual coat. I decided I wanted to return that one for being faulty and get a new one. The second one came in and I did not have that problem. The only issue this one has is that along all of the seams you can see the feathers from inside the coat. All in all, I don't think this coat is made super well. It is warm and I will keep this last one most likely but in general I'm not overwhelmed with happiness by this purchase. I would not recommend based on the above.

I am so happy with my new Backcountry Stansbury down jacket. It is incredibly warm - I tried it on in my house and within 10 minutes I was overheating. This jacket is warm! I have gotten so many compliments on the pattern (I got the Desert Stone Pink colorway) and the cut of the jacket. Sizing: I am on the border of a small and medium depending on the style of jacket and cut. I ended up keeping the Small in this jacket. It's a little oversized, and I could have fit in the medium, but I liked how the sleeves hit my wrists really well on the small and the shoulders were the perfect width. I can still wear a sweater under it - the style is boxy and it really works for winter fits. I purchased this to have a more "fashion forward" winter jacket for walking the dog, riding my bike, and skiing on sunny days. I think it will end up being more than that - it works very well as a technical jacket to stuff in my touring pack on cold days.

I only wish I would have more chance to use it! It's been pretty warm here along Colorado's front range since I bought this jacket. But I did have a chance to wear it snowshoeing one time and it was amazing...not too warm, but definitely warm enough and it was very easy to move in. I bought a medium so I'd have room for a sweater or fleece underneath but I don't need those. Still, I like the length of the medium. It's just a bit longer than the one on the model. Great jacket at a great price and it arrived quickly.

Needed a new winter coat and this one checks all the boxes. It’s currently -15 in Montana and after shoveling I’m still warm! Recommend and sizing is accurate
