Ep 6. | Building A Legacy

An unlikely vision brought to life by Mindful Designs and Terraflow Trails, Montana’s Legacy Bike Park unites mountain bike riders from all paths. Watch to see how the pieces align—people, passion, place, and the power of community—to make an extraordinary mountain biking experience possible.

Everyone Along For The Ride

Many folks contributed to the realization of Legacy Bike Park, but the essence of the trail system was crafted by TerraFlow Trails, the family business of Backcountry Athlete Parkin Costain. Once a mountain bike grom shaping trails alongside his father, Parkin has now dedicated his winter offseason to delving even deeper into their mutual passion.

Parkin's and his father's shared experience and joy for the sport have laid the foundation for a park designed to accommodate everyone. They intentionally made trails in a wide range of difficulties so pros and enthusiasts of all abilities can share shuttles and trails alike. With plenty of stoke to go around, there's no doubt that this park's legacy will be a truly special and diverse community.

Parkin knows a thing or two about creating world-class trails—and he knows how to gear up to ride them, too. Find the kit he rolls with below.
